I paint visual essay of
scenes often unnoticed. Painting on location, from photographs
and from memory. I strive to create a link to those places
many people may never see. Just as the elements of air and
water, though unseen, are essential for life on earth, so too
are the hidden, quite places essential to our universe. I
believe the importance of the unseen world is not fully
appreciated. and hope in each painting to introduce the viewer
to a new understanding or appreciation of his world.
